NORTON INTERNET SECURITY
After installing the ContentScreen software when
using some of the older versions of Norton you may need to change the
Norton Internet Security settings to allow the ContentScreen through the Norton Firewall. The
below procedure may not be 100% accurate for every
version.
Procedure
1. Open Norton Internet
Security or Norton Personal Firewall.
2. Click 'Personal
Firewall'.
3. Click 'Configure'.
4. Click on the Programs tab
in the upper right side of user interface,
find the application "ContentScreen" in the list and change the
Internet Access status to Automatic.
5. Click 'OK'.
6. Close Norton Internet
