Solution

Master Account Name vs. Profile Names
The Master Account Name is the name issued to the account set up by the Administrator of the account. The Master Account Name is typically the name that our technical support representatives refer to when asking you about your problem. The Profile Names are issued to profiles that are set up by the Administrator of the account. Profile names are the names that you have to chose from when you sign onto the Internet.

Profile Passwords vs. Master Account Password
Profile passwords are given to each profile that is on an account. The profile password cannot be the same as the Administrator Password for security reasons. The Profile Password only gives the users access to the internet and does not give them any administrative privileges over their account or anyone else's. The Administrative password is the sole password that secures the account settings for that account.

There are only three places where you'll ever have to use the Master Account Password. The first would be whenever you are going to make changes to your account in the 'ContentScreen Preferences Window'. The second would be when you are uninstalling ContentScreen. The Profile Passwords are used when logging into a profile. This typically occurs when changing profiles, when the computer is rebooted, or when a user attempts to open an internet browser for the first time in the windows session.

Windows and its Relation to ContentScreen
Regardless of how many profiles you have on your Windows operating system the ContentScreen will always work the exact same way. Signing into your 'Windows User Profile' does not automatically sign you into your 'ContentScreen Profile' nor does it limit the amount of access that a user has to the ContentScreen. If any problems arise with the ContentScreen and 'Windows Profiles' then contact our technical support department at (509) 340-1861.
